General Description: 
The Virtual OfficeWare/Virtual Revenue Solutions EMR / RCM Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing all end user and physician training for Physician Practices. The EMR / RCM Implementation Consultant is responsible for the implementation strategy, partnering across the organization in driving an optimal experience for our AdvancedMD Software Customers.  This is a highly visible and challenging position, which will require a highly motivated and balanced individual who is analytical, understands multi-specialty practices, revenue cycle and clinical Customer training and implementation needs. Must be a thought leader, consensus builder, and an integrator of people and process.  Must have demonstrated success in leading SaaS implementations, characterized by driving efficiency and a high performance – both internal and external with the ability to handle multiple projects.


Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge for AdvancedMD and applications to train the client and, as needed, the Virtual OfficeWare/Virtual Revenue Solutions employee base.
  • Lead, coordinate and manage multiple projects while meeting expected timelines 
  • Work with customer implementation team and other departments to understand the customer’s business and to accurately identify their revenue cycle needs including all administrative and clinical functions related to the entire life of a patient account from creation to payment and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and deliver client training to ensure successful end-user implementation including detailed training plans, progress assessments and making accommodations and plan adjustments as needed to support client learning objectives, questions and concerns. 
  • Evaluate and document workflows to ensure the most efficient, effective use of the system.
  • Update documentation related to end-user training material to incorporate new system features, implementation information and methodology. 
  • Manage expectations, provide escalation pathways, and document resolution of any issues that may arise during a class session.
  • Support end users with phone and on-site assistance; may include weekends and occasional evenings. 
  • Respond in a timely, professional manner to changes in priorities, deliverables, and projects.
  • Adapt and quickly learn new applications/modifications and effectively communicate this information to others.  
  • Travel to remote offices or client sites to deliver training may be required based on client need.
  • Demonstrate and support Virtual OfficeWare/Virtual Revenue Solutions mission, vision, and values.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability travel occasionally based on client needs
  • Operate with integrity and respect for others
  • Previous AdvancedMD EMR / RCM software solution experience required
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred 
Experience:
  • 2-5 years’ classroom training and curriculum development experience; preferred for the healthcare setting
  • 2+ years’ experience with AdvancedMD EMR / RCM software solution products preferred
  • 1 years experience with Revenue Cycle Management 
  • Clinical background with physician practice experience a plus
Salary Range:
  • $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year - based on experience.
